Summit Business and Professional Women (Summit BPW) is an advocate for  workingwomen on work-life balance and workplace equity issues. Summit BPW was founded in 1955 by Helen Dooley Edwards, a local entrepreneur and is the largest local organization within the BPW/New Jersey organization.
